!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! you can now order your M5/M6 with a $7300 "Competition Package" that adds some fun bits and improves your 0-60 by....wait for it.....
....0.1 second!

Worth it. Because race car.

I dunno I think I could drop that $7300 elsewhere and get a bit more than a 0.1 sec improvement.

Did they remove the artificial engine noise? I bet the weight savings = 0.1 seconds

I have a strong feeling that BMW could sell people a $15,000 ///M "Competition Package" for their X3's if it did absolutely nothing. BMW could just say, "It will make your car feel firmer, give you the impression of more speed, and adds an ///M badge."

Hey now! .2 of sec improvement to 124 mph....
But seriously, the Competition Package is nothing but some foo-foo add on's now. Black chrome tailpipes? SMH

$7.3k? Nearly E36 M3 money to merely improve your newer M5/6???
Crack.
Fucking.
Pipe.

I refuse to buy any car that includes an artificial engine noise feature.

If you want to improve your 0-60 time by 0.1 second, just hit the treadmill every now and then.

Or, you could take a healthy dump before driving your car as well.

Note: it also provides a solution to excessive body roll, apparently has better exhaust (let's disregard the "fake" noises, has anyone here actually tried listening to it?), and has a somewhat better steering rack. And suspension that a bit lower.
To get that elsewhere, you'd need to spend MORE.
Akrapovic/Eisenmann: 6000
H&R/KW V3: another thousand or so
steering rack: good luck adjusting that

Something tells me you tried to post an image here. Nibbles doesn't want me to see it, I guess.

Nibbles is a turd some days. It said "If at first you don't succeed, then you bring shame on your family."

Jagusus ISXF-Series?

No, I don't.
1) HPF (which is defunct now, sadly) had a range of exhausts from $1k to $3k. $6k is excessive.
2) Adjustable Coilovers with our own exhaust option give us $2k-$4k which is reasonable compared to $7.3k
3) I shouldn't
need
to adjust the fucking steering rack on my $100k M5/6. It's supposed to be a track machine I can drive daily. It needs to leave the factory with already properly adjusted steering. I suspect the rack in the standard car is just fine, in which case, $7.3k is excessive for such a minor and inconsequential upgrade. If it's
not
, then that's extremely disappointing for what's supposed to be the ultimate version of the ultimate driving machine.

Reading this out loud, I found Jagusus to sound highly appropriate (think Jacuzzi , G6 and bills ). Maybe that's just me mispronouncing it, though.
Could be a Jaaax, too.
I noticed that the top half of that image isn't as offending as the image as a whole ... maybe I'll rework it. ;)
